Later, explore the grand Bangalore Palace, a beautiful building inspired by English castles with its wooden carvings and Spanish tiles. Royal Journey: Tipu's Fort & Mysore Palace (145km) 763m
After breakfast, we drive to Mysore (145km). On the way, we'll stop at Seringapatam to see the historic island fortress of Tipu Sultan. In the afternoon, visit the stunning Mysore Palace, famous for its grand halls and ornate ceilings. In the evening, enjoy the musical fountains at Brindavan Gardens. We start the day with a visit to Chamundi Hill for a great view of Mysore city. Next, we head to the Coorg hills (120km). Afterward, we'll climb the famous Sigur Ghat road, which has 36 sharp hairpin bends, to reach Ooty (2,240m). Upon arrival in the 'Queen of Hill Stations', take a relaxing walk by the Ooty Lake and enjoy the cool mountain air. Dinner and stay at your hotel. Altitude: 2,240m.
