Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Terms

To remain competitive yet protected against last-minute drop-offs (especially given Himachal's unpredictable weather and peak season rush), we enforce the following tiered cancellation policy:

• 30+ Days before travel: 10% cancellation charge (90% refund).
• 15 to 30 Days before travel: 25% cancellation charge (75% refund).
• 7 to 14 Days before travel: 50% cancellation charge (50% refund).
• Less than 7 Days or No-Show: 100% cancellation charge (No refund).

Force Majeure & Natural Calamities

Cancellations or delays caused by landslides, heavy snowfall, road blocks, or NGT (National Green Tribunal) restrictions are considered acts of God. Himalayan Escalate is not liable for refunds in such scenarios, though we will assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements subject to hotel/transport provider policies.
